My Achievements

My Achievements:
I am a first year graduate student in community development at Kansas State University. I founded and operated a public relations agency for 15 years, led a 40-member conservation collaborative for two years, and am currently helping a local ministry redefine how they serve their internal constituencies while growing leadership and outreach in their neighborhood. While serving my community, I am most proud of the role I played on the team which helped pass three capital bond voter packages to improve safety and infrastructure for the City of Tulsa.

Bio:
A seasoned public relations professional, I turned my focus two years ago to the conservation field when I became the director of a 40+ member collaborative focused on pollinator species habitat restoration. I donate my spare time to helping a local episcopal church explore how to be a service oriented organization in a changing social and economic urban landscape. I am a first-year graduate student in community development through Kansas State University and the Global Idea Program.
