National Operations Officer –participatory reviewing, approval and implementation of CDPs as submitted by States, ensure accountability for the funds to State Agencies; Collect, collate and forward to the M&E Department, information/data on micro-project activities in communities/States; facilitating and delivering relevant training, informing, educating, and communicating to all relevant and key stakeholders.

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer -Generate Project specific information on progress, processes and performance; analyze and aggregate data generated at various levels to track progress, process quality and Project sustainability; Document and disseminate feedback and key lessons learnt to relevant users and stakeholders; Conducted baseline survey for assessing pre-project condition; Prepared Annual Work Plan and Budget (AWPB) and Carry out progress monitoring, for tracking progress against planned activities; Carry out Annual Review meetings to assess the level of progress in project delivery, output and outcome and Evaluated project impact at mid-term review and project closing.
